From January 20–23, 2026, the global furniture industry will once again gather in Cologne, Germany, for one of the most influential interior design trade fairs in the world. At IMM Cologne, innovation, craftsmanship, and future living concepts take center stage—and this year, shared living is firmly in the spotlight.
We warmly invite you to visit MAXWELL (XIAMEN) HOUSEHOLD CO., LTD at Hall 5.2, Stand C042, where we will present a new generation of furniture solutions designed for modern homes where people and pets live together harmoniously.
Redefining Shared Living for Modern Homes
As urban lifestyles evolve, living spaces are becoming more compact, multifunctional, and emotionally connected. Pets are no longer considered accessories to the home—they are family members. This shift creates new demands for furniture that balances human comfort, pet functionality, and refined aesthetics.
MAXWELL’s Shared Living concept responds directly to this trend. By integrating storage, movement, and pet-friendly features into a single design language, we help brands and retailers deliver products that feel intuitive, warm, and purposeful in real-life settings.
Discover Innovative Furniture for Homes with Pets
At IMM Cologne 2026, our exhibition will highlight three flagship product categories, each developed with flexibility, durability, and design harmony in mind.
Foldable & Extendable Storage Cabinet
Modern homes demand adaptability. Our foldable and extendable storage cabinet is engineered to change with daily life. When space is limited, it remains compact and discreet. When storage needs increase, it expands smoothly—without disrupting the visual balance of the room.
This cabinet is ideal for:
Small apartments and shared spaces
Seasonal storage adjustments
Custom OEM sizing and finishes
The design prioritizes clean lines and neutral tones, making it suitable for Scandinavian, modern minimalist, and contemporary interiors.
Creative Storage Unit for Humans & Pets
Shared living truly comes to life in this multifunctional storage unit. Designed to serve both people and pets, it combines hidden compartments, open shelving, and pet-accessible zones into one cohesive structure.
For humans, it offers organized storage for books, décor, and daily essentials. For pets, it provides cozy resting areas and discreet access points—without compromising style.
Key design advantages include:
Seamless human–pet coexistence
Enhanced space utilization
Custom internal layouts for different markets
This solution is especially attractive for brands targeting pet-friendly urban households.
Rotating Multi-functional Center Table
The center table is often the heart of the living room. Our rotating multifunctional center table elevates this role by combining movement, storage, and interaction.
With a smooth rotating mechanism, users can easily switch between:
Display surface
Hidden storage access
Shared activity space
The result is a dynamic piece that supports social interaction while maintaining a tidy living environment—perfect for modern shared living concepts.
